PARSHA BERESHEETH – In a Beginning

BERESHEETH/Genesis 1:1: BERESHEETH BARA ELOKIM ET HASHAMAYIM VE’ET HA’ARETZ.

In the beginning ELOHIM created the heavens and the earth.

MOSHE RABAINU wrote down the TORAH and YHWH is the author, meaning the DEVAR/Word of YHWH is by definition truth itself:  This is the Orthodox view of Scripture to which I hold.  I am a Scriptural literalist though I also look behind the flat literal meaning for metaphors, allusions, wordplays, idioms, and other literary devices to expose the deep TORAH. I hope this year that we can eat in YHWH’s orchard.  (PaRDeS – spelled PEY-RESH-DALET-SAMECH) Genesis or BERESHEETH?  Genesis = origin and goes back to the Greek translation of the TaNaKh, the LXX.  BERESHEETH means “The Beginning” as we read above in the Hebrew!

Where do we look for Prophecy?  The book of Daniel or maybe the Apocalypse?  No!

YESHAYAHU/Isaiah 46:9: Remember the former things of old: for I am EL, and there is none else; I am ELOHIM, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.

BERESHEETH gives an account that reaches from the creation of the OLAM/world to the death of YOSEPH in MITZRAYIM/Egypt. Chapters 1-11 are dealing with universal history; the rest of BERESHEETH deals with the lives of the ancestors and their families, culminating with the family of YAAKOV/Israel and the 12 sons and the engraphing of Ephraim and Menassah.

Total elapsed time: 1948 years!

The state of Israel was established in 1948! Coincidence?

YOCHANAN/John 1:1: BERESHEETH was the MILTHA/Word/ALEPH-TAV, the Living TORAH, and the Living TORAH was with YHWH, and the Living TORAH was YHWH. 2 The same was in the beginning with YHWH. 3 All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made.

YOCHANAN ALEPH 2:24/1 John 2:24: As for you, let that stay in you which you have heard from BERESHEETH. If what you heard from Beresheeth (ALEPH-TAV) stays in you, you also will stay in the Son and in ABBA . 25 And this is the promise that He has promised us: eternal CHAYIM.

Let‘s see what we can hear in BERESHEETH, the end and the promises that will enable us to stay in the ABBA and Son when times get rough.

KEEPHA BET 3:2/2 Peter 3:2: Be mindful of the words, which were spoken before by the KADOSH neViim, and by the directions from us the SHLICHIM of the Master and Savior: 3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the acharit HAYAMIM scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of His coming? For since the ahvot fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beresheeth of creation. 5 For they willingly are ignorant of this fact, that by the word of YHWH the shamayim were of old, and the earth standing out of the MAYIM/water and in the MAYIM: 6 Through which the OLAM that then was, being overflowed with mayim, perished: 7 But the SHAMAYIM and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved for the fire at the YOM HADIN and destruction of wicked men. 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with Master YHWH as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Master YHWH is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, 9 but that all should come to TESHUVAH. 10 But the day of the Master YHWH will come as a thief in the night.

Seven days of BERESHEETH shadow 7,000 years. The last thousand years shadow the Millennium. We are near approaching the Millennium!

BERESHEETH 1:3: And ELOHIM said, Let there be Light: and Light was. 4 And ELOHIM saw the Light, that it was TOV: and ELOHIM divided the Light from the darkness.

ELOHIM separated the light from the darkness: In the first thousand years ELOHIM separated Himself from the darkness of Adam (930 years).

6 And ELOHIM said, let there be a firmament in the midst of the MAYIM, and let it divide the MAYIM from the MAYIM. 7 And ELOHIM made the firmament, and divided the MAYIM that were under the firmament from the MAYIM that were above the firmament; and it was so.

The waters of NOACH are in the second one-thousand-year period of time.

11 And ELOHIM said, Let the earth bring out grass, the herb yielding ZERA/seed, and the fruit EYTZ/tree yielding fruit after its kind, whose ZERA is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so –
TOV.

Plant-yielding seed: Avraham‘s seed – all families are blessed. Israel is the planting of YHWH. This is the third one-thousand-year period of time.

14 And ELOHIM said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the SHAMAYIM to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for MOADIM, and for days, and years.

The NEVIM/Prophets describe that the MELECHIM/kings are to be lights showing YHWH‘s TOV in the fourth one-thousand-year period.

20 And ELOHIM said, let the MAYIM bring out abundantly the moving creatures that have

CHAYIM, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of the SHAMAYIM.

The fifth one-thousand-year period: living creatures. MASHIACH/Messiah came to make us new living creatures. (YAAKOV/James 1:1)

27 So the Word of ELOHIM created man in His own image, in the image of ELOHIM He created him; male and female He created them.

The sixth one-thousand-year period man and woman fill the earth and subdue it.

BERESHEETH/Genesis 2:1: So the SHAMAYIM and the earth were finished, and all their hosts. And on the sixth day ELOHIM ended His work that He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work that He had made. 3 And ELOHIM blessed the seventh day, and set it apart, because in it He had rested from all His work that ELOHIM created and made.

The seventh one-thousand-year period brings us into the Millennium.

Re-Creation was 6009 years ago according to the scriptural record. (Don‘t give me any of that modern “higher-criticism” mumbo jumbo!) Last year we clearly established the earth in BERESHEETH 1 was recreated after the first flood and that there are two floods in scripture – not one like the evolutionists and those of so called higher criticism would have you believe. So dinosaurs, the fossil record, and an old and new earth can easily be explained through scripture. We are approximately nine years into the Seventh Day and YHWH has delayed in His coming! But as we know, the signs are present in the heavens!

To better understand what we will be facing, let‘s look to BERESHEETH 4 (about acceptable and unacceptable worship, and the seed of the enemy, and how this seed will be manifest against us in the end of days).

BERESHEETH 4:1 And AHDAHM had known CHAVAH his wife; and she conceived, and bore QAYIN (to seize/possess/legally or Illegally) and said, I have gotten a man from YHWH. (She thought she’d bore QAYIN as MOSHIACH, who would crush Satan’s head, hence .I have gotten a man..) 2 And she again bore (didn’t conceive again, only bore, thus the sages say twins) his brother HEVEL. And HEVEL was a guardian of sheep.

YHWH‘s men are often shepherds. Our sages say: .Agriculture demands all of a person‘s physical strength … he needs to devote his whole life to his bodily existence. The concept of KAYIN (Cain), i.e., =kanah‘33 (acquisition)—self-recognition and the pride associated with acquiring—are most evident in the farmer … The farmer is slave to his field, and the field draws him towards it … Moreover, he will easily be brought to admiration of the forces of nature, upon whose influences the success of his field depends. Faith in ELOHIM and in the superiority of man was first lost among the agricultural nations. It was there that idol worship first developed.

In contrast, the life of the shepherd is most elevated. He is concerned principally with living things. His care of them arouses within him human feelings and sympathy for suffering. His acquisitions are portable…His profession does not occupy all his strength and efforts. Egyptian culture was based on agriculture. This found expression in paganism on one hand and enslavement of people on the other. Faith in YHWH, human freedom, and the Divine image existed only in the hearts of our shepherd forefathers.

Look to another twin: Esau, the one who is “a man of the field.” His character is not wholesome! Likewise, Cain, the tiller of the ground, was unwholesome in character. The righteous are almost always shepherds (Abel, Abraham, Jacob, Jacob’s sons, Moses, and David).

BERESHEETH 4:2 but QAYIN was a tiller of the ground. (YHWH’s enemies are often scratching at the dust of the ground—QAYIN works in the curse.) 3 And in process of time (KETS-YAMIN/end of days), it came to pass, that QAYIN brought from the fruit of the ground an offering (first mention of worship, a MINKAH/bloodless offering) to YHWH. 4 And HEVEL, also brought of the BECHOROT of his flock and of its fat. And YHWH had respect for HEVEL and his offering. (Brought from the ground but also from the blessed: flock and the best part–the fat).

IVRIM/Hebrews 11:4: By EMUNAH HEVEL offered to YHWH a more excellent sacrifice than QAYIN, by which he obtained witne ss that he was TZADIK, YHWH testifying of his gifts (plural) and by it he being dead yet speaks (still revealing something).

BERESHEETH 4:5: But to QAYIN and to his offering He had not respect. (Works only no EMUNAH in the blood: There’s a pattern: first sacrifice, then works.) And QAYIN was very angry, and his face displayed hate. 6 And YHWH said to QAYIN, Why are you angered and annoyed? And why is your face displaying hate? 7 If you do well, shall you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at your door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it. 8 And QAYIN talked with HEVEL his brother: Let us go out into the plain.

SEFER HA YASHER 1:15/The Scroll of Jasher 1:15: And it was at the expiration of a few years, that they brought an approximating offering to the YHWH, and Cain brought from the fruit of the ground, and Abel brought from the firstlings of his flock from the fat thereof, and YHWH turned and inclined to Abel and his offering, and a fire came down from YHWH from heaven and consumed it. 16 And unto Cain and his offering YHWH did not turn, and he did not incline to it, for he had brought from the inferior fruit of the ground before YHWH, and Cain was jealous against his brother Abel on account of this, and he sought a pretext to slay him. 17 And in some time after, Cain and Abel his brother, went one day into the field to do their work; and they were both in the field, Cain tilling and plowing his ground, and Abel feeding his flock; and the flock passed that part which Cain had ploughed in the ground, and it sorely grieved Cain on this account. 18 And Cain approached his brother Abel in anger, and he said unto him, What is there between me and thee, that thou comest to dwell and bring thy flock to feed in my land? 19 And Abel answered his brother Cain and said unto him, What is there between me and thee, that thou shalt eat the flesh of my flock and clothe thyself with their wool? 20 And now therefore, put off the wool of my sheep with which thou hast clothed thyself, and recompense me for their fruit and flesh which thou hast eaten, and when thou shalt have done this, I will then go from thy land as thou hast said. 21 And Cain said to his brother Abel, Surely if I slay thee this day, who will require thy blood from me? 22 And Abel answered Cain, saying, Surely YHWH who has made us in the earth, he will avenge my cause, and he will require my blood from thee shouldst thou slay me, for YHWH is the judge and arbiter, and it is he who will requite man according to his evil, and the wicked man according to the wickedness that he may do upon earth. 23 And now, if thou shouldst slay me here, surely YHWH knoweth thy secret views, and will judge thee for the evil which thou didst declare to do unto me this day. 24 And when Cain heard the words which Abel his brother had spoken, behold the anger of Cain was kindled against his brother Abel for declaring this thing. 25 And Cain hastened and rose up, and took the iron part of his ploughing instrument, with which he suddenly smote his brother and he slew him, and Cain spilt the blood of his brother Abel upon the earth, and the blood of Abel streamed upon the earth before the flock. 26 And after this Cain repented having slain his brother, and he was sadly grieved, and he wept over him and it vexed him exceedingly. 27 And Cain rose up and dug a hole in the field, wherein he put his brother’s body, and he turned the dust over it.

BERESHEETH/Genesis 4:8: And it came to pass, when they were in the field, that QAYIN rose up against HEVEL his brother, and killed him. 9 And YHWH said to QAYIN, Where is HEVEL your brother? And he said, I don.t know: Am I my brother’s guardian? 10 And He said, What have you done? The voice of your brother’s DAHM cries to Me from the ground. 11 And now are you cursed from the earth, that has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s DAHM from your hand; 12 When you till the ground, it shall not from now on yield to you its strength; a fugitive and a wanderer/Bedouin shall you be in the earth.

(The land will never yield its bounty to QAYIN – a trait of the descendants of QAYIN, Arab lands, Gaza greenhouses.) 13 And QAYIN said to YHWH, My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14 See, You have driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from Your face shall I be hidden; and I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that finds me shall try and kill me. 15 And YHWH said to him, Therefore whoever kills QAYIN, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And YHWH set a mark upon QAYIN, lest any finding him should kill him.

Another translation of verse 15:

Not so! Anyone who kills Cain suffers sevenfold vengeance and thus YHWH set a sign for Cain’s protection so that no one who came upon him would kill him.

Then the sign of Cain is then re-described as a protective sign.

The family of QAYIN: Traits: Liars, murderers, not farmers, vagabonds!

16 And QAYIN went out from the presence of YHWH, and dwelt in the land of NOD, (wandering) to the east of GAN AYDEN. 17 And QAYIN knew his wife; and she conceived, and bore CHANOCH: and he built a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, CHANOCH. 18 And to CHANOCH was born IRAD; and IRAD begat MEHUYA-EL; and MEHUYA-EL begat METHUSA-EL; and METHUSA-EL begat LAMECH. 19 And LAMECH took two wives: the name of one was ADAH, and the name of the other ZILLAH. 20 And ADAH bore YAVAL; he was the ABBA of such as dwell in tents and of such as have cattle. 21 And his brother’s name was YUVAL; he was the ABBA of all such as handle the harp and organ. 22 And ZILLAH, she also bore TUVAL-QAYIN, an instructor in every kind of brass and iron tool (Hebrew = weapons) and the sister of TUVAL-QAYIN was NAAMAH. 23 And LAMECH said to his wives, ADAH and ZILLAH, Listen to my voice; you wives of LAMECH, listen to my speech: For I have slain a man to my own wounding, and a young man to my hurt. 24 If QAYIN shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lamech seventy-sevenfold. 25 And AHDAHM knew his wife again and she bore a son, and called his name SHETH: for ELOHIM, she said, has appointed me another ZERA instead of HEVEL, whom QAYIN killed.

By translating the names in the text – LAMECH/pauper; priest/servant of EL; ADAH/dawn; ZILLAH/shadow; JABAL/shepherd; JUBAL/rams horn or musician; TUBAL-Cain/blacksmith, worker in weapons, NAAMAH/beautiful – it reads: ELOHIM.S servant took two wives, light and darkness. The light brought forth the shepherd, who was the father of tent-dwellers, and herdsmen, and his brother was the musician, who was the father of harpists and pipers. But the darkness brought forth the blacksmith, the forger of brass and weapons.

Let’s see what QAYIN’S descendants have to say about this account and how they pervert the Scriptures!

Qur’an 5:31: “Allah sent two ravens that were brothers and they fought with one another. When the one killed the other, it dug a hole for it and covered it with soil. When Cain saw that, he said, ‘Woe to me! Am I incapable of being like that raven, so as to conceal my brother?’ This explains Allah’s word: And Allah sent a raven to scratch a hole in the earth in order to show him how to conceal his brother.”

Allah’s idea of dealing with guilt is to hide the evidence. QAYIN‘S descendants are guilty of lying; murdering; trespassing; and being wandering, marauding Bedouins; and to deal with the guilt of their crimes, they try to hide/conceal the evidence of anything that supports the Jews‘ claim to the land!

Abel is meaner in the Qur’an than he was in the Hadith. Like Muhammad, he condemned his brother to the Hell Fire. So the Qur’anic Cain and Muhammad have a great deal in common.

Qur’an 5:30: “Then his mind facilitated to him the slaying of his brother so he slew him; then he became one of the losers. Then Allah sent a crow digging up the earth so that he might show him how he should cover the dead body. He said: Woe to me! Do I lack the strength that I should be like this crow and cover the dead body of my brother? So he became of those who regret.”

The Qur’an abruptly transitions from crow behavior to a justification for genocide.

Qur’an 5:32: “For this reason did We prescribe to the children of Israel that whoever slays a soul, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he slew all men; Our apostles came to them with clear arguments, but even after that many of them certainly act extravagantly in the land.”

Here the causal link is unintelligible, the moral lesson is insane. Allah is saying that it’s okay to kill Jews if they’re causing mischief (such as tormenting the prophet by scoffing at him or living in the land). Allah is thus giving Muhammad a carte blanch for mass murder. And he took it. Muhammad slaughtered thousands of Jews in genocidal rage.

This chilling verse exposes the real Muhammad/Allah.

Qur’an 5:33: “The punishment for those who wage war against Allah and His Prophet and strive to make mischief in the land, (i.e. living in the land) is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned. This shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous punishment. … They would like to escape from the Hell Fire, but they will never succeed, and their suffering shall be eternal. … He punishes whom He wills.”

Stunning, isn’t it? Islam steals the account of QAYIN and Abel, perverts it and turns it upside down and uses it as a cause for hiding Jewish Israel‘s claim to the land and a reason to kill Christians or Jews for being in the land! Now you understand why Christians during the Crusades were crucified and had opposite sides of their bodies cut off when captured by the Muslims!

The real war will rage when Jewish Israel will want to bring an offering from the firstborn of its flock up on the Temple Mount like Abel. Then the descendants of QAYIN will want to do exactly what Allah has instructed them to do in the Qur‘an just like QAYIN! The war is around the corner!

Fisherman (BESORAH/Gospel of the five loaves and two fish) and Hunters (Esauv). The seed of the Serpent is the Seed of QAYIN – Arab nomads, workers of weapons, the seed of Ishmael/Archers and the seed of ESAV/hunters. To fish us or hunt us out of America by Islamic arrows fired from Iranian bows!

BERESHEETH/Genesis 21:20 And ELOHIM was with the lad (Ishmael); and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.

BERESHEETH 25:27 And the boys grew: and ESAV was a skilled hunter, a man of the field; and YAAKOV was a plain man, dwelling in tents.

BERESHEETH 49:22 Yoseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall: 23 The archers have severely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him. (America is the resting spot for the House of EPHRAIM/YOSEPH. The rockets and weapons of Islam/Ishmael will hit us ).

YESHAYAHU/Isaiah 11:13 The envy also of EPHRAIM shall depart, and the adversaries of Yahudah shall be cut off. Ephraim shall not envy YAHUDAH, and YAHUDAH shall not trouble EPHRAIM. But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west (Two-House victory in the Gaza Strip); they shall plunder them of the east together 11 they shall lay their hands upon EDOM and MOAV; and the children of AMMON shall be subjected and obey them. (Two-House victory in the West Bank)

ZECHARIAH 9:6 And gerim/mixed race shall dwell in ASHDOD (Tel-Aviv), and I will cut off the pride of the PLISHTIM/Philistines. (After our flight from the nations many Epraimites will be dwelling at the beach in Tel-Aviv).

QAYIN’S bitter disposition:

Cain’s sevenfold vengefulness for any killing of his descendants isn’t a right bestowed by YHWH, but a confirming recognition of the resentful and bitter disposition which caused Cain to murder his brother in the first place. This recognition is shown through a sign that defends him. The sign preserves Cain and his descendants as embodiments of the failure to heed YHWH’s TORAH and a warning! A failure, which leads to, a lifestyle characterized by being mastered by sin and the outworking of sin in murderous vendetta—a picture of the degradation of human life found in Islam.

Cain, Ishmael, and Esau are alike .unfavoured,.=non-chosen. by YHWH in relation to their brothers, respectively Abel, Isaac and YAAKOV. Yet despite this, each is given space and attention in the Genesis text, and the destiny of each is pronounced by YHWH (or the angel of YHWH who speaks to Hagar). For Ishmael and Esau and as for Cain, we find a violent tribal lifestyle set upon YHWH’s lips in a way that appears to imply some kind of mandate. When the angel of YHWH tells Hagar to return to servitude, hope for freedom in the future is offered with reference to the son she is to bear (Genesis16:12) He shall be a wild ass of a man, with his hand against everyone … and everyone’s hand against him; and he shall live at odds with his kin. Like Cain, Ishmael lives as a desert Arab tribe away from the fertile soil. His destiny is to be fierce and aggressive, in constant conflict with those with whom he comes in contact, nomadic feuding. There is also the common Muslim custom taken from LAMECH the seed of QAYIN: That a family is to carry a revenge a blood curse to blot out seven generations of their enemy, or if one Muslim is killed by the infidel then seven of the infidel must die for the Muslim; evident in Afghanistan and Iraq today.

Moshiach taught us to live differently to forgive and to have mercy:

MATTITYAHU/Matthew 18:21: Then came KEPHA to Him, and said, Master, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times? 22 YAHUSHUA said to him, I did not say to you up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

The verse speaks back to the account of Cain and Lamech and its clear and illuminating. A defining characteristic of community must be the replacement of vengeance without limit by forgiveness without limit. Just as a reputation for unlimited vengeance serves to deter and repel people, so a reputation for unlimited forgiveness should, among other things, serve to attract. The only problem is so to live as to acquire such a reputation…don‘t you think?
