Torah teachers

I’ve made a big mistake; we’ve all made a mistake by making teaching, being a Torah teacher, the primary focus of anointing in the Messianic Movement. We all love Torah teachers; we love the certainty they bring to the texts; but, our need for certainty comes from so much uncertainty. The power of the Torah has been replaced by arguments. Arguments over doctrine. Brethren when cancer, tumors, mental illnesses leave the bodies and minds of our people, we don’t require arguments.

• When people become primarily self – focused, they look to Torah teachers who they believe will fill their particular need.
• I/we all have been fixated on the written word.
• My value for the written word had been greater than my value for the supernatural. I had become a Pharisee in our day, wielding “the sword.”
• My focus on the word has caused you all to focus on the word – don’t get me wrong!
• When we focus solely on the word we begin to fight amongst ourselves over the word, we begin to pull apart the body of Moshiach.
• The armor of arguments: Torah teachers have asserted their cases for their particular doctrine or theology and have bombarded us all with their case to prove that they are right and to disprove others.
• I had, and Torah teachers in general, have a deep need to be right. We see the world in terms of “scriptural or non scriptural.” We are wrong! We need to see the world in terms of supernatural, prophetic and apostolic. We need to become dissatisfied with the armor of our arguments and the lifelessness of our theology.
• I’m ready to risk failure and live a life that’s unable to answer all the questions.  I am ready to embrace mystery!
• Too many Torah teachers in the Messianic Movement have catered to everyone’s desires, to prove that Messianic’s are right to believe what they believe.
• As Torah teachers we’ve been too territorial, too competitive and too threatened.
• Who’s shoulder is the government supposed to be upon?

Leading through serving

It’s time to remove hierarchy from this assembly.

There will continue to be order and government, but it will be heavenly government where we all operate in our gifts.

• You don’t need more Torah teachers, but an Abba.
• I want to show you your calling.
• I started T4 with a rod, but now I come in a Ruach of Ahava and gentleness.
• Speak the same word – Moshiach pierced.
• Not persuasive words but a demonstration of Ruach and power.
• Put our Emunah, not in the Chocmah of men, but in YHWH’s power.
• Listen for the hidden wisdom – Sode Chochmah.
• Revelation comes by the Ruach.
• Speak words taught by Ruach Ha Kodesh.
• The natural man won’t understand what I’m saying, only the spiritual.
• The mind of YHWH instructs us.
• Be servants and stewards of YHWH’s mysteries.
• Allow YHWH to bring to light the hidden things of darkness in our lives and reveal the counsel of our hearts.
• Lay aside our might and expose our weaknesses so we can put to shame the sin and foolishness in our assemblies.
• Only the Ruach inside us knows us – let Ruach Ha Kodesh speak forth.
• The Malchut L’ YHWH isn’t word, but power.
• YHWH is bringing the increase to Torah To The Tribes, I planted, you know who you are who’ve watered – we’re Echad together – servants.

Personal Goal

I plan on going to the lost sheep in the churches, I have a heart for those that have been bruised and battered by teachers and doctrines. I hope to travel to California soon to visit with a man gifted in the prophetic and search with him for our scattered brethren.

Heavens template for leadership:

Ephesians 2:20 Beit Yisrael is built upon the foundation of the shlichim/Apostles and neviim/Prophets, Yahushua ha Moshiach Himself being the Rosh Pina.

What is the order of priority?

1^st Corinthians 12:7The manifestation of the Ruach is given to every man to profit himself and all others.

V. 28 YHVH has set some in the Yisraelite congregation, first shlichim/Apostles, secondarily neviim/Prophets, thirdly rabbis/teachers.

• Rav Sholiach Shaul clearly lays out the order of priority; he is describing the flow from the Shamayim to the earth. Teachers are third in the flow, we never had the connection.
• Rather than have the apostle or prophet as the foundation of Torah To The Tribes we’ve had the rabbi or Torah teacher. We’ve effectively divorced the supernatural from this ministry.

Earthly leadership or Heavenly?

If we focus solely on what YHWH has done in the past, we miss what YHWH is about to do here and now at Torah To The Tribes. Teaching Torah is more than the transmission of information; it’s supposed to be supernatural and powerful.

• Show and tell – not just tell!
• If Torah teachers aren’t connecting with apostles and prophets then their leadership will only lead the people back to self – focus.
• I have to give you an alternative.
• I have to bring people into the tangible, supernatural reality of the Torah – from the inside out, or I have no authority to teach it anymore. The word of YHWH is more than words on the pages of scripture; it’s a reality that must unfold in the life of every body present here. This happens through testimony – the apostolic and prophetic ministry of you and in you, the saints, and as a teacher I’ve been appointed to teach you how to accomplish this through a given vision. You are going to apprehend the promises of the Kingdom and CALL them into reality through TESTIFYING.
• I/We have emphasized the wrong portion of the list in 1^st Corinthians 12 to be the leaders, Torah teachers or worship teams, instead of FIRST apostles and SECOND prophets.

The word of testimony – developing and nurturing a supernatural environment

Rev 1:2 We are to bear witness of the Word of YHVH, and of the testimony of Yahushua ha Moshiach.

Rev 6:9 Under the altar the beings of those that were slain for the word of YHWH and the testimony.

Rev 12:11 And they overcame s.a .tan by the dahm of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives even to the death.

• I can’t do it without you all digging deep!
• Will you make a commitment to do it?

A vision of the people of YHWH

• Your task is to take the Torah teaching and show us how it becomes reality in your life, to help replicate the supernatural in your life.
• My task is to teach and train you how to cooperate with the process.
• My task is to connect you to the supernatural environment created by the apostles and the prophets.

How are we going to do this?

• As the ruach moves – anytime, please move to the front row, your right to left – like Hebrew.
• There will be a move and flow of our testimonies.
• We will testify, NOT teach. How you are overcoming your flesh in relation to the theme.
• If the Ruach is leading, your testimony need not to be over a minute.
• The Ruach will instruct you to stay on theme and take what the teacher has shared to a personnel higher awakening, from the inside out, with passion, your testimony cannot be taken from you.
• You can bring your scriptures if you want, purpose is to edify the body.
• With training, a congregational voice will develop that we’ll all begin to recognize. Apostles and prophets will rise to the surface as we stir the body of Moshiach.
• Have the expectation of YHWH’s presence. Be aware of the ever present reality of the Kingdom. Not “YHWH said this, YHWH said that…”, but you’re to testify on how you are convicted and overcoming “by the word of your testimony”.

Freedom

At the heart of this move into the supernatural is freedom, freedom not to create chaos but freedom to make room for a level of personnel expression that brings what is really inside a person to the surface.

A safe place

For you to be able to operate in the supernatural you must be confident that Torah To The Tribes is a safe place, free from control, punishment and fear. We can do this because Torah To The Tribes is Kingdom focused now.

Self appointed

None of us are self – appointed in the Kingdom of YHWH. YHWH will anoint different people each week by His ruach falling upon them, then His Ruach will fall upon the rest of us corporately to bear witness and we’ll be able to receive the person in their role.

• Apostle – Shalach – (sheen, lamed, heh) Sent out/to loose for a specific purpose, to bring forth branches of “fruit”, set free. (Raven)
• Prophet – Navi/Neviyah – (nun, vet, yod, aleph) Spokesman, someone who speaks the Will of YHWH. Not someone who foretells the future (Genesis 20:7).  Abraham, or Jonah, where did they ever tell the future?
• You will receive a reward. The reward is to hear and see what the Ruach is doing and saying.

Matt 10:41 He that receives a navi in the name of a navi shall receive a navi’s reward.

• The prophetic anointing through testimony and testifying carries a new dimension, it gives people sight to see what was invisible before the testifying began.
• Yahushua walked around giving people supernatural sight all day long! “Do you not see or understand?”
