Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them…
Gal 3:13 Moshiach hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.
‘B’chukatai’ – usually translated ‘in My ordinances’. The root word of B’chukotai is chukah [chet, kuf, hey) It is from the verb root chaqaq [chet, kuf, kuf,) It literally means to engrave – to make an outline, or pattern, in stone.
The noun chukah means that which has been engraved and which serves as a pattern or map or blueprint.
In this context chukatai means “the things which YHWH had engraved or inscribed (on the tablets of stone) to serve as a map or blueprint for their lives – that’s the covenant.
Yahusha redeems us from the curses because He paid the death penalty requirement thus we’re able to enter the covenant. The curses are for A NOMIA – COVENANT Torah lessness. Yeshua’s dahm forgives sin and re establishes covenant – we were given one part to a two-part gospel!
Gal 3:17 And this I say, that the Brit, that was confirmed by vuvh through Moshiach, the law, 1 that came four hundred and thirty years later, cannot nullify the Avrahamic brit, did you catch that? The law (BoL) that came 430 years later than the covenant is not connected at all to the Covenant of Promise (BoC) so that it should make the promise of no effect. 2 18 For if the inheritance is from the law, it is no more by the word of promise: (the inheritance of the Covenants isn’t in the part of Torah that came 430 years later) but vuvh gave it to Avraham by promise. 19 What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, (the part of Torah that was 430 years later was added because of some kind of sin transgression) 3 until the Zera should come to whom the promise was made (UNTIL – means to a moment of impending CHANGE) and heavenly malachim through the hands of a Mediator ordained it.
The ramifications of this are huge, especially if we enact it, boots on the ground. We can walk out the Scripture NOW not wait for some Levitical hierachy in opposition to Yeshua to give us the green light.
Malki Torah is distinct from Levitical Torah. Rav Sholiach Shaul understood this
Gal 3:17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before…the law,
The actual BoC – Shemot 19:5-24:8. BoC – Ber 1:1 – Shemot 24:11. YHWH’s perfect Malki-Tzedik will.
A pre and post acceptance with blood ratification (Shem 24:8) and covenant meal.
Vayikra 26:3 Blessings and cursings.
א If you have your halacha in My chukim, and guard My mitzvoth, and do them; 4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the eytzim of the field shall yield their fruit. 5 And your threshing shall reach to the vintage, and the vintage shall reach to the sowing time: and you shall eat your lechem to the full, and dwell in your land safely. 6 And I will give shalom in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid and I will rid evil living beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. 7 And you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. 8 And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. 9 For I will have respect to you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish My brit with you. 10 And you shall eat old supply, and clear the old because of the new. 11 And I will set My Tabernacle among you: and My being shall not reject you. 12 And I will walk among you, and will be your Elohim, and you shall be My people. 13 I am YHWH your Elohim, who brought you forth out of the land of Mitzrayim, that you should not be their avadim; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

The curses are arranged in a series of five groups of increasing severity: 1, sickness and defeat. 2, Famine. 3, Wild beasts. 4, Siege. 5, Exile.

14 But if you will not listen to Me, and will not do all these mitzvoth
15 And if you shall despise My chukim, or if your being despises My mishpatim, so that you will not do all My mitzvoth, but that you break My brit: 16 I also will do this to you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and inflammation, that shall destroy the eyes, and cause sorrow of lev: and you shall sow your zera in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 And I will set My face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and you shall flee when none pursues you. 18 And if you will not yet for all this listen to Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. 19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your shamayim as iron, and your earth as brass: 20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall all the eytzim of the land yield their fruits. 21 And if you walk contrary to Me, and will not listen to Me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. 22 I will also send wild living creatures among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your highways shall be desolate. 23 And if you will not be reformed by Me by these things, but will have your halacha contrary to Me; 24 Then will I also walk contrary to you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. 25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the vengeance of My brit: and when you are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. 26 And when I have broken the supply of your lechem, ten women shall bake your lechem in one oven, and they shall deliver to you your lechem again by weight: and you shall eat, and not be satisfied. 27 And if you will not for all this listen to Me, but have your halacha contrary to Me; 28 Then I will walk contrary to you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 29 And you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall you eat. 30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your sun-pillars , and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and my being shall abhor you. 31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries to desolation, and I will not smell the fragrance of your sweet odors. 32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell there shall be astonished at it. 33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. 34 Then shall all the land enjoy her Shabbats, as long as It lies desolate, while you are in your enemies’ land; even then shall all the land rest, and enjoy her Shabbats. 35 As long as it lies desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your Shabbats, when you dwelt upon it. 36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their levavot in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursues. 37 And they shall fall one upon another, as if it were before a sword, when none pursues: and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. 38 And you shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. 39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their ahvot shall they pine away with them. 40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their ahvot, with their guilt, which they trespassed against Me, and that also, they have had their halacha contrary to Me; 41 And that I also have walked contrary to them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised levavot are humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity: 42 Then will I remember My brit with Yaakov, and also My brit with Yitzchak, and also My brit with Avraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. 43 The land also shall be left by them, and shall enjoy its Shabbats, while it lies desolate without them: and they shall accept the punishment of their iniquity: because they despised My mishpatim, and because their beings abhorred My chukim. 44 And yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break My brit with them: for I am YHWH their Elohim. 45 But I will for their sakes remember the brit of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Mitzrayim in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their Elohim: I am vuvh. 46 These are the chukim and mishpatim and Torot, which YHWH made between Himself and the children of Yisrael on Har Senai by the hand of Moshe.
Gal 4:21Tell me, you that desire to be under the BoL; 10 do you not listen to the Torah? 22 For it is written, that Avraham had two sons, the one by a female eved, the other by a free woman. 23 But he who was from the female eved was born after the flesh; 13 but he from the free woman was by promise. 14 (Law division – BoL was born after and is fleshly – the carnal commandments contained in ordinances as opposed the the commandments contained in covenant…Heb 9:10 Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.)
24 Which things are allegories: 15 for these are the two covenants (one is accepted and blood ratified – the other is imposed-bloodless); the one from Har Senai, that brings forth slavery, which is Hagar. 25 For this Hagar is Har Senai in Arabia, and corresponds to Yahrushalayim that now exists, and is in slavery with her children. (Paul states this is a allegory about two COVENANTS, one is from Mt Sinai (Ex 24:12) and is fleshly and brings you into bondage and was the present state of Jerusalem in Paul’s day)
26 But the Yahrushalayim that is above is free, 1 which is the eema of us all. (BoC is free because it’s heavenly Malki-Tzedik) 2 27 For it is written, Gilah, you barren that did not bear; break forth 3 and shout for simcha, 4 you that did not have labor: for the barren and deserted one has many more children 5 than she who has had a husband. 28 Now 7 we, Yisraelite brothers, are like Yitzchak was; 8 we are the children of promise (Cov’s of promise). 9 29 But as it was then, he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Ruach Hakodesh, even so, it is now (the corrupt Hasmonian temple system flaunting the BoL was persecuting the Eliazer – Zadokites and the BoC followers of Yeshua) 30 Nevertheless what does the Katuv tell us to do? Cast out the female eved and her son: for the son of the female eved shall not be heir with the son of the free woman. (The Prophets Ezekiel and Jeremiah tell us to cast off the BoL, for those following the BoL and the Hasmonian son’s shall NOT be heirs with Yeshua the son of heaven) 31 So then, Yisraelite brothers, we are not children of the female eved, (BoL) but of the free woman (BoC). 12
Ivrim 8:6But now gauvh ha Moshiach has obtained a greater service, by which He also is the Mediator of a more advantageous 8 brit, which was given as Covenant Torah on the basis of better promises (the promises of The Son not the sons of Israel) (nomotheteo as in Ivrim 7:11).
